Basement
Renovations
Many
of our clients aren't sure what to do with their basements. They
just know what rooms they need when they're done. We often just
take the space and design it for them. We can take care of all the
permits and we personally do all the work ourselves. We know the
codes for Rental suites and how to correct stairways or add

| We
built this combination Utility room, sewing room with a tile
floor and lots of storage space. We even built in a custom
ironing board. |

home owners. We had to cut a hole in the concrete wall to
create this window. It is now required in basement suite
